apologies for the lag. was having some site issues, but we back.
happy belated air max day. really big fan of the dn, and it seems to be well received by the people. during my normal rounds i make on air max day, i couldn’t help but feel a smidge of longing for the energy that came with amd’s of yesteryear. air max day 2017 and 18 did such an amazing job of connecting people to the heritage of air max, and culture in general. i feel there needs to be a greater importance placed on not only bringing new innovation to the brand’s most storied product line, but also an effort to connect younger consumer’s to the cw’s and models that make air max so impactful through creating more points of engagement.
anyways… went down a junya rabbit hole this week, and kept finding myself being drawn to his consistently great work with tnf and their purple label sub brand.
tyler’s lv collection deserves its own post, and it’ll come. i’ll get around to that this weekend.
also, air rift’s and talaria’s all summer. trust.
